Is the free plan really free?
Yes - free forever, no credit card, and it runs a real event rather than a demo: up to 16 players, with automated draws, live scoring, standings, and a public results link. It is one event, though, not one at a time - once you've run it, a second event needs a paid plan. Analytics and player ratings are on the paid plans too.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once per tournament (Event) or once per league season (Season). Nothing renews, nothing bills you between seasons, and there is nothing to remember to cancel over the off-season.
What's the difference between Event and Season?
Event covers a single tournament of up to two days and 64 players - a club championship or an open day. Season covers a league or ladder that runs week after week: unlimited rounds, up to 80 players, plus the player portal with stats, ratings and badges.
How many events can I run at once?
It's the main thing the plans differ on. Free runs one event, once. Event keeps one event live at a time - starting a new one closes the previous event, and it is no longer accessible while the new one is running. Season is the plan for several events live at the same time, which is what a club needs when a ladder, a social night and a championship all overlap.
How does the founding offer work?
The first three organisers pay A$149 a season for their first two seasons, in exchange for a testimonial once the season is done and one introduction to another club committee. After that the standard A$249 applies.
Is there a club or not-for-profit rate?
Yes - A$199 a season for registered not-for-profit clubs, on request. For associations running events across several clubs, an unlimited-events plan with multiple organiser logins can be requested - talk to us and we will price it directly.
What happens to my data after the event or season ends?
Nothing is deleted. On Season, results, standings, ratings and exports stay available in your account once the season closes. On Event, starting a new event closes the previous one and puts it out of reach until you move up - the results are kept, not destroyed, and come back with you. Export what you need before you start the next event and you'll always have your own copy.
