Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RallyIQ, a product of STREaMLiNE (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
2. Plans & subscriptions
The Service is offered on a free plan and paid one-off plans charged per tournament or per league season (currently Event and Season), with features as described on our pricing page. We may change the features included in a plan from time to time; where a change is material and to your detriment, we will give reasonable notice.
3. Billing & renewals
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as you select. Annual billing is offered at a discount to monthly.
- Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise and are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled.
- Any promotional or founding-member discount applies only as described at the time of purchase.
- We may change prices on reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; by subscribing you also agree to that provider’s terms.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or in breach of any applicable regulation;
- upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is infringing, harmful, or misleading;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service;
- resell or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted; or
- misuse personal information of players or other users.
6. Your content & data
You retain ownership of the data you enter - including tournaments, players, and results (“Your Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. As an organiser, you are responsible for having the right to provide any player information you upload and for handling it lawfully. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by STREaMLiNE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
8. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example payment processing, analytics, or rating providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
9. Availability & warranties
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may perform maintenance or make changes. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. This clause does not exclude any guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; where we are liable for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period unless prevented by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date, and where changes are material we will give reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and the courts competent to hear appeals from them.
